Calcined kaolin(Special for paints)
Properties: Kaolin is a non-metallic mineral, a clay and clay rock dominated by kaolinite clay minerals. Because it is white and delicate, it is also called dolomite.
Features: Due to the high purity of kaolinite and extremely low content of harmful elements, not only the treatment process is simple, but also the whiteness of the product is high, the average whiteness can reach 93%, and the highest whiteness can reach 97%. In papermaking, the whiteness of the coated paper can be increased, and part of the titanium dioxide can be replaced, which can reduce the cost. High viscosity, up to 74%, good dispersibility, strong hiding rate, and good compatibility with natural and synthetic adhesives and other additives in the formulation, which can make the coating have good rheological properties, especially It is suitable for use in coating machines with high solid content, such as in-machine coating. The wear value is low, the material is heated evenly, and local over-burning will never occur. The tested wear value is only 3.6mg/2000 times.
Applications: Suitable for high-grade paints, coatings, inks, rubber, plastics, wire and cable.
1. Paper and paint can replace some expensive titanium dioxide.
2. Paint, water-based latex paint.
3. Rubber and special cable reinforcement, industrial plastic functional filler, ink, food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic filler.
4. Advanced porcelain and special ceramic raw materials.
