pH:The pH value of nano calcium carbonate mainly affects its vulcanization rate, which should be controlled between 9.5 and 10.5. If the pH value is low, the vulcanization rate will slow down, reducing efficiency and increasing energy consumption.

After surface modification, nano calcium carbonate has good compatibility with rubber, has the properties of reinforcement, filling, color mixing, improvement of processing technology and products, and can make rubber easy to mix and disperse. After mixing, the glue is soft and the rubber surface is smooth. The elongation, tensile strength and tear strength of the product can be essentially improved.
