① Glass powder

Glass powder is amorphous hard particles. The raw materials used in production are PbO, SiO2, TiO2 and other electronic grade raw materials. Its chemical properties are stable and its acid resistance far exceeds that of lead oxide. silicon powder:

(1) Coating: oil absorption, low mixing viscosity, good dispersion and fluidity, small angle of repose formed by accumulation, and friction resistance.

(2) epoxy floor: low viscosity, good fluidity, good accumulation, easy compaction, easy to combine with epoxy resin. Compared with traditional silicon powder, it can save the amount of epoxy resin.

(3) Rubber: Wear-resistant rubber products include rubber plates, tubes, belts and rollers. It requires the compound to have good permeability and strong adhesion. The test results show that the compound filled with silicon powder fully embodies the unique properties of thin rubber, good permeability, good dispersion and strong adhesion, which is conducive to the wiping of the compound on the canvas and enhances the adhesion strength between the film and the canvas, tearing strength, permanent deformation and other mechanical properties of the product.
